Speakers need to upload their presentation before the congress.

IMPORTANT:

1. You must name the file as follows: Date_Time_Room_NameofSpeake

For example: July 7_1300_11_JamesBloggs.pptx (on 7th July, at 13.00 in auditorium 11)

2. Follow the Link below

3. Find Correct Location and Date (please see below)

4. Push Add Files and choose a file

5. Insert your name and email address

6. Upload presentation


If you have questions and/or are not sure about how to do it correctly, there will be a possibility to get help from the technician at Bella Center in Speakers Preparation room 171.

Opening hours:

Sunday 6 July: 12:00-18:00
Monday 7 July: 06:30-13:30
Tuesday 8 July: 07:30-13:30
Wednesday 9 July: 07:30-13:30


The presentations should be 12 min long + 3 min for questions. For Highlighted presentations the time is 25 minutes + 5.

The presentation must be in PowerPoint format, widescreen (16:9), and in English. We recommend you to focus on the major points of your work, supported by key conclusions drawn from your data. Avoid excessive detail and down-prioritize methods in favor of results and conclusions with clinical relevance. A concise, well-paced presentation is far more valuable to the audience than an overcrowded or rushed one.

  • Keep data on each PowerPoint slide visually simple.
  • Use large, legible letters. Recommended for main text: 24–28 pt, figures/tables ≥18 pt
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest and avoid commercial references as advertising of products is prohibited

The session rooms will be equipped with the following:

  • Laptop
  • Projector
  • Screen
  • Microphones
  • Clicker/laser pointer
