POSTER PRESENTATIONS
There are 4 poster sessions:
Monday 7th July at Bella Center
A1 16:00-17:00
A2 17:00-18:00
Tuesday 8th July at Bella Center
B1 16:00-17:00
B2 17:00-18:00
Wednesday 9th July at Bella Center
C1 16:00-17:00
C2 17:00-18:00
Thursday 10th July at The Loop
D1 13:30-14:30
D2 14:30-15:30
D3 15:30-16:30
Each poster presenter is asked to be with their poster for 1 hour during their poster session. All posters should be displayed for the full session.
Posterformat is A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm) - portrait. Posters that exceed the measurements may be removed.
- How to mount the poster: material will be provided on-site.
- When to mount the poster:
Copenhagen: You are kindly requested to mount the poster between 7:30 and 8:30 am on the day of your presentation.
Lund: Since there is not much time upon arrival – you are kindly asked to hand in your poster at the registration desk before Wednesday 9th at 12.00.
Then we will bring it to Lund and mount the poster for you. You are also welcome to bring and mount it yourself. - When to remove the poster: Posters should be removed after the last session on the day of your presentation.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to send back your poster. Uncollected posters will be disposed after the closing session.
Printing of posters:
ICNS Congress 2025 does not undertake printing of posters.
In case you would like to have the poster printed locally we can recommend Vester Kopi. You will be able to upload the poster online prior to departure and pick it up by arrival in Copenhagen in their branch at Jarmers Plads.
If for some reason you will be prevented from attending and presenting at the ICNS Congress 2025, please let us know as soon as possible.
