ESS Site visit

As part of the conference programme, all delegates are invited to participate in the ESS site visit on Thursday, July 10th*.

• The site walk of ESS includes a lot of walking, including long distances and stairs and some narrow corridors and small spaces.
• If you have limited mobility, or other access needs including people with hearing or visual impairments, you are welcome to ESS and we kindly ask you to let us know about these factors prior to your visit so we can make any necessary adjustments

To gain access to the site we will need to issue a personal entrance card. 

Since the site does not have space for all delegates at once, you will have to pick a time slot.
If you do NOT select a time slot, you can not attend.

-Visitors with their own ESS badge don’t need to choose a slot 

-Local visitors are asked to choose later time slots to allow other visitors to catch their flight.
