WELCOME TO ICNS 2025
The International Conference on Neutron Scattering (ICNS) 2025 is a meeting and discussion place for everyone that uses neutrons as a tool for scientific research and development. The scientific program will contain the relevant disciplines, as well as neutron facilities, instrumentation and software. The conference will consist of a mixture of plenary sessions, parallel sessions, poster sessions, and sponsor presentations. Furthermore, a number of prizes will be awarded.
The conference main venue is the Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark, with the last day at the European Spallation Source (ESS) in nearby Lund, Sweden. There will be possibility for all delegates to take a tour of ESS, which will be nearing completion at the time of the conference.
The organizers ICNS 2025 are committed to equity and inclusivity. The local organizing committee and the international program committee are committed to fostering an environment where everyone is welcomed, respected and valued independent of their gender, nationality or any other identity. The local organizing committee and international programme committee have been selected to be internationally diverse and promote gender balance. The speakers will be selected for excellence with a view to promoting diversity and gender balance throughout the programme. Delegates of all nationalities are welcome, but we are unable to accept delegates affiliated with Russian or Belarussian institutes.
The conference venues, The Bella Center (Copenhagen) and The Loop (Lund), are fully accessible to all delegates, featuring, for example, accessible entrances and elevators. The tour of the ESS includes walking long distances, stairs and some narrow corridors. Please make the conference organizers aware if you have limited mobility or other access needs, prior to the conference, so we can provide appropriate adjustments.
